  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork until they are well mixed.
  2. Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chilli (if using), turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, and salt to the beaten eggs. Mix everything together until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add oil or butter to the pan.
