Tiger Prawns Garlic Fry (Spicy)
Black Tiger Prawns are very good at taste and can be prepared easily. Today we are going to prepare a different variety.
Garlics (good for immunity) are used more today, along with spicy chilli powder.
Ingredients:
- Tiger Prawns – 500Gm(Cleaned and deveined)
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Turmeric – ¼ Tsp
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Oil
- Curry leaves
- sesame seeds white – for garnishing
- Garlic chopped – 20 cloves
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Preparation Method: Step by Step
- Wash and drain the Prawns
- Marinate the prawns with chilli, Turmeric, black pepper along with salt and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic.
- Fry it until it turns brown, then take out and keep aside.
- Place the prawns one after the other in the same oil (used for frying garlic).
- Turn it and fry for two minutes.
- Add the lemon juice and fried garlic.
- Stir it for 1 minute, Spicy Tiger Prawns Garlic Fry is ready to serve
- Garnish with sesame seeds and curry leaves.
Suggestions:
- You can add spring onions as well along with garlic.
- For additional flavor add Cumin/Jeera seeds
- Adding chilli flakes make more spicy
