Tiger Prawns Garlic Fry (Spicy)

Black Tiger Prawns are very good at taste and can be prepared easily. Today we are going to prepare a different variety.

Garlics (good for immunity) are used more today, along with spicy chilli powder.

Ingredients:

  • Tiger Prawns – 500Gm(Cleaned and deveined)
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder – 2 tsp
  • Turmeric – ¼ Tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil
  • Curry leaves
  • sesame seeds white – for garnishing
  • Garlic chopped – 20 cloves
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Preparation Method: Step by Step

  • Wash and drain the Prawns
  • Marinate the prawns with chilli, Turmeric, black pepper along with salt and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic.
  • Fry it until it turns brown, then take out and keep aside.
  • Place the prawns one after the other in the same oil (used for frying garlic).
  • Turn it and fry for two minutes.
  • Add the lemon juice and fried garlic.
  • Stir it for 1 minute, Spicy Tiger Prawns Garlic Fry is ready to serve
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and curry leaves.

Suggestions:

  • You can add spring onions as well along with garlic.
  • For additional flavor add Cumin/Jeera seeds
  • Adding chilli flakes make more spicy
