Savor a Nutritious Delight: Salmon Fry with Flavourful Vegetables!

Here’s a recipe for Salmon Fry with Vegetables:


  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets and let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the skillet and set it aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become fragrant and slightly softened.
  4. Add the broccoli florets, sliced bell peppers, sliced zucchini, and sliced carrots to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.
  5. Sprinkle dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the vegetables. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly with the herbs and seasonings.
  6. Return the cooked salmon fillets to the skillet, nestling them among the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley (if desired) for added freshness and colour.
  8. Serve the delicious Salmon Fry with Vegetables hot as a complete and nutritious meal.
